WHAT A WEEK !

BOTH my instagram and snapchat got hacked , woke up at the 5 Am to check my insta , without a warning I was signed out! , not only that insta disabled but account , ( I got the your account got disabled msg) I DID NOT VIOLATE ANYTHING ,so you can’t find me anywhere when you looked for my account , I don’t know what the hacker did but guess i got so many reports on my account that instagram took action , My account had almost 100,000  followers , so who would not be devastated.

Oh well like  the legendary Queen said , THE SHOWMUST GO ON !

So I emailed instagram and they asked me to send them a form , plus a picture of me holding a code with my email and username to prove my identity and I did that at spot , It’s been 10 days and still no reply , I was so disappointed that they did a mistake and just wouldn’t be bothered to fix it especially that I am a public figure, this is my job I do it for a living, but no cares really . They have so many bugs in their security system and doesn’t even bother fixing it. You are never safe with them and your account can go just like that!

Next Day I was by the pool , I got a call from Ghalia Technology for help and I wanted to give them a shout out for taking the time to help me on snapchat , Then I see that even my snap is signed out , OH NO , SNAP CHAT GOT HACKED TOO !

I requested to set a password so they can send me a code on my number , the hacker changed all my info email , number and everything and I got a snap email that they can’t help me if the email is not associated with the user name .. REALLY SNAPCHAT? obviously the hacker will not keep the same email and number or else I would have gotten my account back easily , come on now!

I had to go to a 17 year old hacker , who got my account back the next day like he promised.

THE ISSUE

Instagram and snapchat should have history records of each accounts info so if something like that happens you give the account to the person it belongs too , very simple

2 way verification code will not save your account from being hacked , their system is so not fair to us !

DID I GET MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT BACK ?

NO 🙁 it’s been 10 days and I had to start from scratch and I’m still so disappointed ,this was my career , I do it for a living , I have no job but that , instagram and snap allowed someone that is just bored and hateful at home to take that away from me in a click of a button ,

I knew I had to let it out on my blog , Please share your experiences with me and if that happened to you as well.

Let’s just hope I get it back , I heard the only way is if you have a direct instagram connection .

I will be back and stronger than ever , I got a big family of backbones who support you no matter where you go and hackers don’t get them , but I am just frustrated on the system that insta and snap offers , they didn’t help and they hardly reply for god sakes , get some human interaction , let people prove to you that you make mistakes , instead of ignoring them , FIX THEM.
